Family Outfitters of Coshocton, Ohio Hunting Contract
This agreement is entered into Family Outfitters of Coshocton, Ohio and
________________________ (hunter) for the purpose of hunting whitetail deer or turkey.
Hunter must return deposit, signed contract, emergency medical form, and Waiver and Release
Form. A date will not be booked until all the above are received.
The $_________________________ fee entitles hunter to a _______ day(s) semi-guided hunt.
A $___________________________ (50%) deposit is required to book a hunt. No refund of the
deposit will be given, however the 50% deposit can be used to reschedule to another available
hunt when given 45 days notice. Balance is due 30 days before your scheduled hunt.
There will be a $500 additional fee if a buck is shot, but not recovered and the hunter wishes to
continue hunting for a second buck.
This contract is not assignable to any other hunter without the approval of Family Outfitters of
Coshocton, Ohio at all times.
